Morning Yoga on Pagoda Hill
Molly Campbell, a Friends of Patterson Park member and a certified YogaFit instructor, is providing 1 hour YogaFit classes on Pagoda Hill! These classes are provided in partnership with the Friends of Patterson Park.
The yoga class is a gentle to intermediate Vinyasa style flow, starting with deep breathing, move into a "work-out" portion and finish the class with deep stretching and a short meditation!
Be sure to bring a mat, water, & blocks if you use them in your practice!
Instructor Donations will be accepted via cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Square.
