Cedar House at Patterson Park is the Friends of Patterson Park’s new community programming space and volunteer support center. Built in 2024, this building will help support and expand Friends of Patterson Park’s current offerings in the park, as well as offer a beautiful and functional indoor space for community and private events. The volunteer support center is named “The Shed”, and the event space is named “Meyerhoff Community Commons at Cedar House”.
In the coming months, the Friends of Patterson Park will begin to schedule our free community programs in the Meyerhoff Community Commons, and we will open up limited private bookings of the space in late March. More information on the facility and rentals will be available on this page in February 2025. Stay tuned!
